What does the Cruise price include?
Your package includes shipboard accommodations, ocean transportation, fabulous entertainment and daily activities, on-board meals and some beverages, port charges and more. It does not include optional shore excursions, personal expenses, gratuities, or alcoholic beverages. The price quoted is per person based on double occupancy.

What is the Guarantee Program?
In this program, you are guaranteed a cabin. Your cabin will be assigned on the sailing date. This cabin could be located anywhere on the ship depending on availability. This will be the least expensive price for the cruise.

What is the optional land tour price?
The land tour price is being finalized. Please check back later.

Are there other cabin options?
Yes. Several upgrades to the cabin types mentioned above are available (higher deck, larger window, balcony, suite, triple, quad, etc.). If interested, please check with us for pricing and availability.

Can more than 2 people share a cabin?
In a cruise ship most of the cabins are designed to accommodate 2 passengers. A limited number of cabins can accommodate 3 (called a Triple) or 4 (called a Quad). A suite can accommodate upto 8. In a triple or a quad the 3rd and the 4th persons pay a price lower than the first two passengers. In a triple or quad "Pullman Beds" (like upper berths in trains) are provided. In some cabins, a "Roll-In" bed may be used.

How about 1 person staying alone in a cabin?
A passenger travelling alone in a cabin pays an extra fee, called "Single Supplement".

What are categories?
Every cabin is assigned a category in order to price it. Typically an outside is pricier than an inside cabin; cabins on higher decks are more expensive; a cabin located mid-ship is more expensive than one located at the aft/stern. Categories are thus used to determine the pricing structure.

What cities do we visit?
The ship embarks from Barcelona; visits the ports of Monte Carlo, Florence/Pisa, Rome, Naples and Valletta(Malta); and returns to Barcelona.
In the optional land portion (pre-cruise) Madrid and Barcelona are visited.

Are shore excursions available in these ports-of-call?
Several shore excursions are available. They can be purchased on-board the ship or even prior to sailing. A list of all available shore excursions will be included along with your tickets. Details of these shore excursions are also available at Royal Caribbean's web site. For more information please click here.

In the optional land portion, is sight-seeing included?
Sight-seeing in Madrid and Barcelona is included in the optional land portion. The places to be visited and the itinerary are being finalized.

Do I have to take the Land Tour (pre-cruise)?
The Land Tour is optional. The cruise portion can be purchased separately or along with the Land Tour.

Does the price include air from/to USA?
The airfare from your departure city to Spain and return is not included in the price. This can be purchased either through Gita Travels Inc or any other retail outlet.
Since July is a peak tourist travel month, we strongly recomend that you make your bookings well in advance.

Whom do I tip?
Cruise portion: It is typical in any cruise ship to "tip" the service providers. They include the Maid (takes care of your cabin), dining room Waiter, Assistant Waiter, Maitre'De and Assistant Maitre'De. The tips/gratuities are given to the service providers during the last dinner on-board.
Land portion: It is common practice to tip the driver and the tour conductor at the end of the tour.

How much do I tip them?
Tips/gratuities are not included in the price.
For the cruise, the tips may amount to approximately $10 to $11 total per person per day. Hence, for a 7 day cruise, the tips may total to $75 per passenger.
For the land portion, the tips may amount to $5 total per passenger per day. Hence, for a 4 day land tour, the tips may total to $20 per passenger.

How can I make this tipping process easier?
To let you enjoy your vacation and not worry about this tipping process, the gratuities can be pre-paid. In our tour, gratuities will be pre-paid (collected at time of final payment) and disbursed to the service providers at the appropriate time at the end of the tour on behalf of our entire group.

Can I get vegetarian food on the ship?
A wide choice of cuisine and dining options are available on board. Breakfast and Lunch is usually buffet style, whereas Dinner is served at your table. There is always atleast one vegetarian entree available in the menu.

In the optional Land portion of the tour are meals included?
We are in discussion with the service providers and will finalise the land portion soon.

Do I need travel insurance?
